He has over 13 years legal experience notably in corporate, regulatory and legal and civil & commercial affairs, contractual matters and a thorough knowledge of commercial issues and practices in Cambodia. His areas of expertise cover all corporate and civil & commercial aspects of law and investment in Cambodia including mergers and acquisitions, matters related to telecommunication, tax, investment, property, labor & employment, licensing, contract and corporate law.
