Mr. Frederiksen shared his engaging presentation of “The Evolving Expectations of the Buyers of Professional Services and Their Impact on Firm Visibility and Growth”. His presentation provided insight on the quantitative importance of marketing tactics and strategies in targeting the growing percentage of “digital natives”. Additional highlights discussed were how to increase referral probability with visibility during stages of a buyer’s journey, positioning and marketing key individuals’ visible expertise within a firm, and by, building on social, professional, and reciprocity relationships.
