Diego Licio, certified public accountant, works mainly in the Offshore Companies Department. He teaches "Mercosur's business regulationsí¢â‚¬Â at ORT University, and is a professor at the "Colegio de Contadores, Economistas y Administradores del Uruguayí¢â‚¬Â on special tax and duty's regimes. Member of the Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies. His practice includes advising in preferential tax regimes such as trade free zones, free ports and offshore trading, including financial investment corporations and in tax and corporate matters.
