Rebecca Silli is a partner of the firm's Major Projects & Infrastructure team in Hong Kong.

Rebecca has more than 15 years of experience working in Asia. She worked in Beijing for six years (2000-2006) where she gained significant experience in the fields of project finance, foreign direct investment, corporate and M&A in the PRC. As a corporate / M&A lawyer, Rebecca has advised prominent European groups from various industries (including oil & gas, petrochemical, automotive, rolling stock, construction materials, shipping, advertising, retail, agribusiness, consumer goods) on the establishment of joint-ventures (including large-scale industrial projects) or M&A transactions in China and the Mekong Region.

On the infrastructure / project finance front, she is advising numerous sponsors as well as multilateral institutions on projects in the environmental sector (water, wastewater, solid waste), public transportation, power (nuclear) and sport facilities in China, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Mongolia, Philippines, India and Indonesia.

Rebecca is a native French speaker and is fluent in English. She is also conversant in Italian and German. She is admitted in France (non-practising) and Hong Kong.
