Jeffrey M. Dalebroux Appointed Director of Dykema Business Services Department

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that Jeffrey M. Dalebroux has been appointed Director of the firm’s Business Services Department, replacing Aleksandra A. Miziolek who recently became head of the Automotive Team at Dykema.

“Jeff has long been a leader at Dykema and we welcome him to this new role,” said Rex E. Schlaybaugh, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “He is a talented attorney and stellar mentor and his experience will be vital to the continued growth of our Business Services Department.”

Dalebroux is a corporate finance attorney who focuses his practice on energy matters. His work on complex mergers and acquisitions has helped change the composition and structure of the nation's energy suppliers; distributors and transmission facilities; the industry's infrastructure components; and other public and private companies in the manufacturing, financial services and retail sectors.

Active in the field of energy infrastructure finance, he works with co-operatives, joint ventures, public and private entities, municipalities, public-private partnerships (PPPs), equity funds and lenders to acquire, fund, develop and operate a variety of projects. He recently helped put together transactions that included an energy co-op's acquisition of electric and gas distribution systems in a variety of states around the country. He also counseled an energy transmission company on expanding its reach via a series of joint ventures and strategic alliances.
