Lia Alizia - Corporate and Commercial
Lia has been involved in various corporate, commercial and litigation matters. Her major areas of expertise are Indonesian employment and intellectual property rights. She has handled mass terminations of employment (more than 300 employees) in various industries, the resolution of disputes and the enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights. Lia is a registered sworn translator from English to Indonesian and an Intellectual Property Rights Consultant. She is also on the committee of the International Relations Department of the Indonesian Advocates Association.

Maria H. Sagrado - Banking and Finance
Maria has handled a variety of capital market and finance transactions (such as loan facilities and companies’ acquisition). In her practice, she has represented companies in a variety of sectors, such as local and foreign banks, pharmaceutical companies, services companies as well as mining companies.

Kurniawan Tanzil - Banking and Finance
Kurniawan has been involved in various types of banking and finance transactions as well as corporate and commercial lending and finance arrangements. His practice highlights include the representation of domestic and international clients in financing transactions (acting for both lenders and corporate borrowers), mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, aircraft related transactions as well as capital market transactions. Kurniawan is also a registered sworn translator.

Alexandra Gerungan - Litigation
Alex has extensive experience in handling litigation and dispute resolution cases including civil lawsuits, arbitration and alternative means of resolving disputes, anti-corruption investigations, police investigations into allegations of forestry and environmental crimes, internal/independent investigations and terminations of employment. Alex is also a registered sworn translator.
