Krogerus Advises Cargotec on its EUR 150 Million Senior Unsecured Bond Offer

Krogerus advised Cargotec Corporation on its issue of a EUR 150 million senior unsecured bond. The six-year bond matures on 31 March 2020 and carries a fixed annual interest of 3.375%.
Cargotec will apply for the listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
Cargotec is a cargo handling company whose shares trade on NASDAX OMX Helsinki. In 2013, its sales totaled roughly EUR 3.2 billion and it employed about 11,000 persons.
