12th PDRCI Commercial Arbitration Training Seminar

SyCipLaw partner Ricardo Ma. P. G. Ongkiko was a lecturer for the 12th Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI) Commercial Arbitration Training Seminar entitled The Law and Practice of Commercial Arbitration, held last November 14 to 18, 2016. He lectured on Pre-Hearing Considerations – Case Management Conference.
Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko heads the firm’s Litigation Department. He is presently a Trustee and Assistant Secretary of PDRCI, the President and Trustee of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), and a Trustee of the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (PICAM). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). Ricardo is an accredited arbitrator of the PDRC, PIArb, the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, and the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market. He is also an accredited arbitrator of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, and the National Arbitration and Mediation (New York).
