Top accolades for ENSafrica’s IP team and its members

We are delighted to announce that Gaelyn Scott, head of ENSafrica’s IP department, has again been recognised by Managing Intellectual Property as one of the world’s leading female IP attorneys in its 2017 IP Stars list of the Top 250 Women in IP.

Gaelyn Scott and Ilse du Plessis were ranked by Managing Intellectual Property as IP Stars for trade marks. ENSafrica’s Dr Joanne van Harmelen and Rowan Forster have been ranked as IP Stars for patents, and Waldo Steyn and Tanith Robertson were recognised for trade marks and copyright, in its recently released 2017 guide.

ENSafrica’s IP team was recognised by Managing Intellectual Property in the following categories: copyright; trade mark contentious; trade mark filing and prosecution; patent contentious; and patent filing and prosecution.

ENSafrica’s IP department continues to grow and to go from strength to strength and enjoys a significant profile and recognition in the marketplace as a major player in the African IP landscape.
