Asters joined the roster of experts of the Energy Community Secretariat

Asters Law Firm and its Counsel Yaroslav Petrov have been approved as members of the roster of experts of the Energy Community.

The roaster's objective is to provide assistance to the Secretariat of the Energy Community in its activities, including in the framework of grant contracts concluded between the Energy Community Secretariat and the European Commission and other donors (such as EU4Energy Programme). For instance, experts from the roster will be used for implementation the Component 3 of the EU4Energy Programme, which seeks to generate an improved energy legislative and regulatory framework and implement policy recommendations as well as promote investments in key energy infrastructure strategic projects in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

Asters' Counsel Yaroslav Petrov comments: "Joining the roaster will give us more opportunities to contribute to improvement of the Ukrainian energy legislative and regulatory framework, which is crucial for bringing new investments to the Ukrainian energy sector."
