Two senior appointments in ENSafrica’s tax department

ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm, has once again expanded its tax offering with the announcement of two high-level appointments within its tax department.

Mike Benetello joins the firm as an executive in the Johannesburg office from 1 March 2018, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in M&A, corporate tax, mining tax and international tax. He has advised prominent clients across Africa in a variety of industries including energy, mining and minerals, agriculture, construction, private equity, telecommunications, retail and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was head of corporate international tax at PWC.

Stephan Minne has been appointed as a consultant in the firm’s Cape Town office. He is a renowned tax expert with over 37 years’ experience, having advised life insurers, banks, asset management companies and private equity funds on many major matters relating to domestic tax law and M&A. He was a corporate tax director at KPMG.
