Beccar Varela advises FCA on Class XV notes issuance

16 April 2018. Beccar Varela advised FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. on Class XV notes issuance, carried out in two series under the company’s global program for short, medium and long-term notes for a maximum nominal value of up to US$100 million (or its equivalent in other currencies). On March 23, 2018, Series I notes were issued at a nominal value of AR$ 205,263,157, while Series II at a nominal value of AR$ 294,736,843.

The maturity date of Series I notes, denominated in Argentine Pesos, will take place on March 23, 2019, accruing interest at a fixed rate of 24.48% annually. The maturity date of Series II notes, also denominated in Argentine Pesos, will take place on March 23, 2021, accruing interest at a variable rate (Badlar + cut-off margin of 2.98%).

Fix SCR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. has locally rated Series I notes “A1(arg)” and Series II notes “AA(arg)”. These notes have been listed on The Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires) and have been admitted to trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. and on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

In this issuance, FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. acted as issuer, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. acted as issuer and placement agent and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China S.A. acted as placement agent.
