Participants will be asked to share their local experience on:
- Do SA’s engage in ex post (after complaint) or ex ante (proactive) enforcement?
- What are the type of sanctions imposed?
- What is the level and criteria for imposing sanctions (especially fines)?
- Discussions about leading authority?
- Co-operation between Sas and other authorities (eg competition law authorities or criminal authorities)?
- Are decisions of SAs being challenged before courts (judicial redress)?
- Are data protection complaints filed before the SA’s or rather before courts?
- How do courts tend to apply GDPR and recommendations of SA’s?
