Dear WSG Members,

As this year draws to a close, it is great to report that WSG continues to bring value to all of us as members. Since I began my Chairmanship, WSG has added a new member, introduced new tools, started several member projects and confirmed over $9 million in referrals.

The reporting received with WSG Referral Tracker continues to bring members useful information to evaluate membership, but more importantly to create important collaboration results. This is only one example of how your individual contributions can help improve the effectiveness of our network and increase value for all members. With this in mind, I hope you will continue to participate and report referrals.

Recently you received an email announcing the roll-out of the Secondment Program. This is another tool that enhances the ability to exchange and collaborate from one firm to another by providing a centralized place to share secondment details, sample forms and agreements, review and apply for posted positions, and communicate with firms regarding opportunities.

Both of these tools are now even easier to find and use through the new Data Admin Dashboard also recently launched. This allows your firm's data administrator to easily view your firm's activity, improve optimization and manage your firm's presence on the WSG website.

These initiatives enhance the value of the WSG membership significantly for us all, but to continue to grow, improve and support the needs of our members, we need your participation -- and use of these tools is key. Please take time to learn about these new resources and to review the existing ones so that we may continue to increase WSG's merit to members.
