Andrew is a legal expert in the Real Estate sector with particular emphasis on major development and infrastructure projects.

Andrew advises both private sector and public sector clients on all aspects of commercial property. He advises clients on acquisitions and divestments; property due diligence, leasing, large scale developments and subdivisions, joint venture development arrangements, public works / public sector procurement, and advising overseas companies investing in New Zealand property.

Some of Andrew’s clients include the New Zealand Government, Spark New Zealand, AUT University, Marriott Inc., Cloudy Bay Vineyards, Auckland Council, Waitemata District Health Board and Tourism Holdings.

Andrew is an Officer of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Real Estate Committee.

Andrew has been recognised as a key individual in the “Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide” and Asia Pacific 500 for his advice on commercial property and construction matters.
