Michael has extensive experience counseling clients on their approach to confidentiality agreements (CAs) covering transactional and other potential business relationships. He and his colleagues in the firm's CA subgroup negotiate well over 2,000 unique agreements annually for private equity funds, international hedge funds, and other businesses. Michael is also skilled at representing clients in complex litigation matters.
As the firm's foremost resource on CAs, Michael teaches the course "Negotiating Confidential Agreements" to first-year corporate associates.
