Dustin Timblin assists clients in healthcare and other industries with commercial finance and securities transactions as well as bankruptcy matters. Representing both borrowers and lenders, Dustin has handled a variety of matters including:
Senior credit facilities, including asset based lending, healthcare receivables lending, and real estate based lending
Second lien facilities
Private equity lending
Dustin is also a member of the bankruptcy team representing the trustee for Detroit's water and sewer bonds (totally almost $6 billion) in the historic Chapter 9 proceeding.
