Profile
Boris joined ALRUD in 2008 and currently works as a senior associate of commercial practice with litigation and corporate experience. He is particularly focused on advising the clients on a wide range of commercial matters including distribution and wholesale, import and export of goods and services, franchising and risk management related to commercial activities of foreign and domestic companies in Russia. Boris also advises the clients on the issues of international trade in regulatory context, represents the clients in commercial disputes and has experience of representing the clients in antidumping investigations.
Education
In 2008 graduated from International University in Moscow, law department, specializing in international law. In 2011 Boris obtained PhD degree in international law from Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
