Ricardo W. Davidovich is a partner in the Investment Management and Private Equity Practice Groups in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. Ricardo's practice is focused on investment management, U.S. and non U.S. private investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds and co-investment vehicles), commodities, broker-dealer and regulatory issues. He represents a broad spectrum of investment managers and investment funds and advises them with respect to all aspects of their business and operations including structuring, ongoing compliance issues, registrations, trading issues and regulatory examinations and investigations. Ricardo advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients as to matters relating to the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, the Commodity Exchange Act as well as SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and Blue Sky compliance issues. Ricardo also represents institutional investors with respect to reviewing and negotiating investments.
Ricardo is a frequent lecturer and panelist at industry conferences.
