Ints Skaldis is an Associate at Ellex Klavins and is mainly involved in the work of the Dispute Resolution and Employment Practices. Ints has an international experience of more than 4 years in legal advice and has worked on preparing court and arbitral documents, advised on enforcement of foreign court rulings and foreign arbitral awards. Ints has an extensive knowledge of case law, which facilitates the practical aspects of the advice and opinions. In the Employment Practice, Ints provides legal advice and prepares documents on diverse employment and immigration matters. Other specializations include law of succession and administrative law. In cooperation with other practices of the law firm, Ints has also provided advice on general corporate, IP, restructuring and liquidation, as well as public procurement matters.
