He is a Partner of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. since 2006 and he is currently based in the Firm's Mexico City office and he is an active member of the Executive Committee. He has more than 21 years of experience as an attorney. He is well known for his expertise in white collar crime and has provided legal counseling to various leading global and Mexican corporations and institutions.
He has written several articles for various publications including "FRAUDNET" and he is a member of The Criminal Litigation Area of World Services Group and Lex Mundi as well as of the renowned International Association, Fraudnet.
He has given numerous conferences regarding criminal law in distinct business forums and associations that centralize their efforts in fighting crimes.
In 1994, he graduated from the Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City.
In 2003, he obtained a postgraduate degree at the Universidad Panamericana in Criminal and Civil Law, legal procedures and the law which is applicable to amparo actions.
He has a diploma for "Spanish Trial Skills 2009" from the Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy by the California Western School of Law.
