Afridi & Angell

Adite advises on the development and financing of, and acquisitions in, infrastructure projects. She has advised extensively on the development of renewable energy projects in India as well as on public private partnerships. She has also advised various clients on public and private transactions covering both upstream and downstream operations. Her practice also includes banking, corporate and commercial transactions.

Adite was an associate with a couple of law firms in India prior to joining Afridi & Angell in 2013. She spent two years at Afridi & Angell then rejoined the firm in 2016 after spending a year working with another leading law firm in India.
