Alex is a senior associate in the corporate team in Carey Olsen’s London office.

She advises on a range of corporate, banking and finance matters.

Alex trained at Clifford Chance LLP in London, Frankfurt and Dubai, qualifying as an English solicitor in the Real Estate Finance Group in 2012. While at Clifford Chance, she worked on a range of real estate finance transactions, with a focus on mezzanine financings for debt funds and bank side senior/mezzanine financings. In 2015 Alex joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she focused on real estate finance transactions. 

Alex joined the Banking team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2016, where she specialised in sponsor side leverage acquisition finance.

Alex joined Carey Olsen in 2018.
