Anabela Aldaz, lawyer, responsible for the Professional Development Department (created in August 2005). She is in charge of planning the internal and external training of the whole staff, and of the knowledge management of the firm.

She also works in the Corporate and Banking Department and concentrates on commercial and corporate law. Specialized in the area of electronic commerce and Internet, intellectual property and environmental law, she is Uruguay's rapporteur in the following projects: - Electronic Commerce in Latin America (National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade), Lex Mundi E-Commerce Group; Intellectual Property Group of the Universidad de Montevideo, RIELA (Interamerican Network of Specialists in Environmental Law).
