Profile

Andrew is a commercial litigator focusing on class action, complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Andrew’s litigation practice focuses on class actions, breaches of contract, and the False Claims Act. He represents clients in a variety of areas, including antitrust and consumer law.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Johnson of the US District Court for the District of New Mexico from 20152016.

During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert M.D. Turk of the Virginia Circuit Court for the 27th Judicial Circuit.

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes litigating on behalf of indigent persons in DC Superior Court, as well as representing victims of domestic violence seeking protective orders in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court of Fairfax County, Virginia.

  • Represented client in litigation alleging breach of contract and tortious interference.
