Profile

Franklin S. Homer is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Regulatory Compliance and Defense and Litigation practice groups. He handles an assortment of general regulatory, transactional and litigation matters in the health care, debt settlement, telemarketing and advertising arena. He has experience at both trial and appellate levels as well as in handling arbitrations. As part of his practice, Mr. Homer has defended clients in highly regulated industries against various Attorneys General, the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2010, Mr. Homer worked for another large, Florida-based firm, where his practice involved the representation of financial institutions and mortgage lenders in connection with actions involving alleged violations of various consumer protection statutes and regulations.

Mr. Homer has completed legal internships with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in Boca Raton, Florida and with the Honorable Kenneth A. Marra, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
