Heru Mardijarto is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial department. His expertise includes General Corporate matters, Energy and Natural Resources, Construction, and IT and telecommunications. He has advised many major international clients as well as Indonesian state own companies in relation to power plants as well as construction projects.

He also has extensive experience in handling the procurement/tender process in both government and private institutions. Specifically, for construction projects, he has been involved in some big construction projects for electric power plants, a blast furnace, and the construction of the Grissik – Singapore borderline gas pipeline. Recently, he has been actively involved in handling Data Protection legal issues and provided advice on them to both local and overseas clients.
