Libby is a government relations manager at DSD Advisors, LLC, the full service government relations firm that partners with public, private, and nonprofit clients to achieve their public policy goals at the local, state, and federal levels. She is responsible for a variety of policy development and communications support on behalf of all DSD clients.

Prior to joining DSD Advisors, she served as a Deputy Press Secretary at the Ohio Treasurer’s office and the Ohio House of Representatives. Her experience includes managing media relations, developing and executing communications strategies, spearheading multimedia projects, and directing official internal and external communications. She also served as an aide in the Ohio Senate, where she advocated for passage of legislation by building relationships with key stakeholders, advised senators in public policy development, and assisted constituents with state issues.

She received her B.A. in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Dayton. While there, Libby participated in the Statehouse Civic Scholars program, where she worked in the communications department at the Ohio Governor’s office. She resides in downtown Cincinnati with her husband Ryan.
