Melissa Groisman is a partner based in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami offices of Greenspoon Marder LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate practice group. A fully bilingual attorney with more than fifteen years of experience as a real estate attorney, Ms. Groisman has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic developers, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, residential, industrial, office and retail properties. She also counsels both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. She immerses himself in the details of a deal, helping clients’ maximize their investments and advance their business objectives.

Ms. Groisman holds an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating based upon legal ability and ethical standards. A native of Miami with Argentine roots, she received her law degree as a Dean’s Merit Scholar from the University of Miami School of Law and earned a B.A. from Duke University.
