Steven Belyanskiy is an associate in the Insurance Recovery & Counseling and Litigation practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Belyanskiy has experience defending Fortune 500 companies across a spectrum of complex litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations. His practice includes representing managed healthcare clients in disputes with providers over contractual and out-of-network reimbursement, medical billing fraud and overpayment, insurance recovery cases, and general commercial litigation involving breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, and fraud.

Mr. Belyanskiy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, graduating with honors. While in law school, Mr. Belyanskiy served as the Senior Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and completed an externship with the Honorable Sandra R. Klein in the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.

Preceding law school, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs and Business from Indiana University of Bloomington.
