Prior to joining Dinsmore, Billy received a B.A. with a double major in Political Science and History at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky as a First Generation student before also earning his J.D. at the University of Kentucky. Billy served as the President of Appalachian Law Caucus during his tenure at the University of Kentucky, as well as the Volume 112 Online Content Manager of the Kentucky Law Journal. Billy was also a member of the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law’s National Moot Court team.
