Carli Aldrich is an Executive in the Tax practice at ENS. She is a qualified chartered accountant and advises on South African corporate tax, international tax, as well as South African exchange control regulatory matters.

She specialises in inbound and outbound investment, the setting up and maintenance of corporate structures, corporate transactions and controlled foreign company legislation.

To date, Carli has advised both local and international clients across various industries, including finance and banking, manufacturing, mining, entertainment, e-commerce, retail, energy and private equity.
