Beccar Varela

Casiana Silveyra Perdriel has been a junior partner of the firm since 2007. She started her career at EBV in 1998.
Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and project finance. She also provides corporate advice to local and foreign clients with businesses in Argentina. Casiana has vast experience in the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements, commercial agreements, commercialization, distribution and franchising agreements, renegotiation of companies' debts and the due diligence of companies for purchasing or selling purposes.
She has broad expertise in the design of start-up and entrepreneur businesses.

Casiana is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).

Education

Casiana received her Business Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2000, (with distinction). She also did a Master in Business Law at Universidad Austral.
