Dalit Kahana Garbi is a partner at FBC, engaged in a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of matters related to the hi-tech industry, and specializing in corporate and securities law and commercial and international transactions.

Dalit represents technology companies in all phases of growth, and has vast experience in corporate governance matters, equity and debt financing transactions, including venture-capital investments and venture lending, M&A transactions, technological cooperation, technology licensing and other commercial dealings, both domestic and cross-border, as well as due diligence examinations.

Dalit has gained significant experience in legal counseling to the software industry and negotiation of licensing and services agreements, including with enterprise customers in the financial services industry worldwide.

Dalit served as an editorial staff member of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.

Prior to joining FBC in 2020, Dalit was a partner at Sharir, Shiv & Co.
