Senior Associate Hannah Grondahl represents clients in transactional matters, primarily M&A, investments and buyouts, issuances, equity capital markets and other corporate law matters. Ms. Grondahl is experienced within the private equity (PE) sector as well as with publicly listed companies, particularly in the Nordics, UK and North America. Industries represented include fintech, IT services, software companies, consumer products, consumer retail and industrials. She regularly advises multinational companies, PE firms, founders/entrepreneurs and company management. Ms. Grondahl hails from the United States and previously worked at law firms and companies in Stockholm and London.
