Profile

Mark Adams is a litigator who represents a wide range of clients in complex commercial, product liability, and mass tort litigation throughout the country. Mark has significant experience representing clients in mass litigation nationwide as a member of various MDL national counsel teams. In defending these cases he has managed offensive and defensive document discovery, drafted key motions and briefs, taken and defended fact and expert depositions, and coordinated bellwether plaintiff selection and discovery. In addition to representing clients in mass and dispersed litigation, Mark has litigated individual cases involving clients across a variety of industries – including healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products – in courts throughout the country. He helps clients of all sizes efficiently navigate and resolve litigation.

Mark earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review. Prior to law school, he earned a B.S. in Biology from Wake Forest University.
