Profile

Riley focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was a Fellow with the Weaver Institute of Law and Psychiatry. Before joining Dinsmore, Riley worked as a Law Clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio and as a Fellow with The Ohio Innocence Project. His experience includes conducting legal and non-legal research on various issues; researching and writing legal memoranda; and drafting trial, appellate, and post-conviction briefs in both civil and criminal cases.
