Before joining Han Kun in 2015, Mr. Wan worked in JPMorgan Chase Bank (China) Company Limited Shanghai Branch as in-house legal and practiced as a senior associate in King&Wood Malisons.
Mr. Wan specializes in structured finance, real property finance, project finance, internet finance and foreign direct investment. Mr. Wan represents various international commercial banks and multinational companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including structured finance, acquisition finance, real property finance, pre-IPO/ privatization financing, in which Mr. Wan assists the clients in the design of the lending structure, drafting loan and security documents, and handling security perfection procedures. Mr. Wan also assist internet finance enterprises in product design, and assists clients in designing the product structure and drafting the relevant documents. Mr. Wan's main clients include international commercial banks, multinational companies, internet finance enterprises, real property developer and startups.
