Katrina Alidenes is a specialist adviser in Australian competition (antitrust) law, consumer law and industry and infrastructure access regulation. She has more than 15 years' experience, having worked in the Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne offices of MinterEllison.

Katrina's advisory expertise with respect to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law includes anti-competitive conduct, merger clearance, unfair contract terms, packaging and advertising, and misleading and deceptive conduct. Katrina has advised on the national, as well as industry specific, access regulation, including experience in proceedings in the Australian Competition Tribunal. Her regulatory experience spans a range of industry sectors including gas, aviation and agriculture.

Katrina has extensive experience conducting competition and consumer law compliance training across a range of industries including agriculture, food, infrastructure, financial, engineering and environment related.
