Leonie is a senior associate in the corporate team and undertakes a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and shareholder agreements. She also advises on the establishment, regulation and operation of investment funds, with particular emphasis on advising in respect of the implications of the AIFMD for Guernsey structures.

Professional Career
Significant Accomplishments
Leonie trained in London at CMS Cameron McKenna and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002. In 2006 Leonie left CMS Cameron McKenna to return to Guernsey and joined the corporate team of Carey Olsen. She qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2009.
