Mark Traynor is a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group and also specialises in the areas of general commercial litigation and Corporate Criminal Offences.
Mark has acted for insolvency practitioners, companies and creditors in many recent insolvency matters, including Waterford Wedgwood plc, Zavvi Retail (Ireland) Limited, Larionovo Limited, Structured Credit Company, International Securities Trading Corporation, the Iretex Group, Sachsen Funding Limited, the Odyssey Group and in the receivership of Orwell Motors and has wide experience in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships as well as advising and working on formal and informal restructurings and reorganisations.
