• Extensive Trial experience to include:
  • Trial Paralegal - Patent holder in infringement litigation involving cable television technology. Obtained successful ruling following week-long trial on licensing issues leading to $72 million dollar settlement in favor of our client.
  • Trial Paralegal - In a civil RICO action litigation resulted in groundbreaking legal precedent relating to the use of racketeering laws to respond to union corporate campaigns.
  • Trial Paralegal - Patent Litigation involving hearing aid technology. The jury returned a verdict for client ETG, finding willful patent infringement and awarding damages of $31 million against two defendants.
  • Trial Paralegal for Patent Litigation and after obtaining summary judgment of non-infringement on majority of products at issue, settlement reached resulting in dismissal before trial.
