Nomampondo Banzi is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice. She specialises in general employment law as well as Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and Labour Court litigation.

Her experience includes drafting employment contracts and agreements and advising clients on various labour-related matters such as retrenchments, s197 transfers and obtaining interdicts against strike and protest action and urgent applications to enforce restraint of trade.

In addition, Nomampondo is experienced in general commercial law, having drafted various commercial documentation including shareholders agreements, memoranda of incorporation and sale agreements.

She has conducted a number of due diligence investigations in both employment and commercial law spheres.
