Peter is head of SVW’s infrastructure and renewable energy practice. He is recognized as a top-tier infrastructure, project development and finance lawyer, with a track-record of wind, hydropower, biomass and interconnector projects, offtake agreements and complex cross-border project financings. He advises investors, project developers, lenders, export credit agencies and other relevant parties.

Peter additionally has considerable experience with financing, with a particular focus on assisting lenders with asset based financing, restructuring and distressed debt. He is regularly appointed as adviser or board member for companies in distressed situations.
