Philip Sewell is a partner in the firm's commercial disputes and regulation division.  Philip has over 25 years' experience advising on contentious commercial matters, including insurance, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant commercial fraud, health and safety, food safety and personal injury.

He also has experience of advising clients on resolving commercial disputes across a range of fora, including traditional litigation, mediation/alternative dispute resolution and adjudication matters across the UK.  He is based in London; however he also works closely with the firm's dispute resolution specialists across its offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
