Profile
Ms. Zhu has practiced as a lawyer since 2010. Prior to joining Han Kun, she was a senior associate
at King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing office).
Ms. Zhu’s practice area is commercial dispute resolution. She is particularly specialized in assisting
clients in early-stage negotiations of potential commercial disputes, and handling subsequent
litigation and arbitration proceedings. Ms. Zhu handles a variety of disputes, including different
types of commercial contract disputes and corporate litigations. She serves large state-owned
enterprises, well-known foreign enterprises, as well as fast-growing small- and medium-sized private
enterprises.
Ms. Zhu is well-experienced in representing clients before courts of various levels, including the
Supreme People's Court and in domestic and overseas arbitral institutions, such as CIETAC and
BIAC, and has successfully recovered economic losses for clients in numerous cases.

Ms. Zhu earned her LL.B. from Jilin University. She also obtained an LL.M. in International Law
from Fudan University.
