Richard Minzberg is an associate in the Corporate & Business practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He focuses his practice on providing legal counsel to emerging businesses and corporations. Mr. Minzberg has experience representing clients in negotiating and drafting M&A transaction documents, incentive award agreements, contractor and employee agreements, promissory notes, NDAs, non-competes, real estate purchase/sale agreements, UCC filings, and corporate resolutions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Minzberg gained business experience as a sales director for Healthybud Corp., a North American pet wellness brand, and in real estate development as a partner and in-house counsel for The Foundry Phase 3.

Mr. Minzberg provided legal counsel to the Foundry during its due diligence and closing of a major multifamily property. In addition, Mr. Minzberg was instrumental in the Foundry receiving a tax exemption (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) from the local Industrial Development Agency.
