Profile
Shane provides compliance and litigation advice in the areas of consumer financial services and energy regulation.
Shane’s practice includes advising clients on compliance with all federal financial consumer protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, as well as compliance with state consumer protection statutes relating to consumer lending and collection activities. Shane also advises and represents utility companies in state and federal government agency proceedings, as well as in Texas state courts.
While attending Tulane University Law School, Shane was a member of various moot court teams, one of which won a regional championship. Shane also received the Crest award for his work as Class President in his final year at Tulane.
