Steffen specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and buy-out transactions, management participations and property transactions. Steffen advises Dutch and foreign companies and private equity funds, as well as other investors in (inter)national transactions. He also advises management teams in buy-outs and insurers when warranty & indemnity insurances are taken out. Furthermore, Steffen is part of the Consumer Goods & Retail sector team.

Education

Steffen read Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and obtained a cum laude postgraduate degree in corporate and business law.
