Profile

Tiffany Ng is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Real Estate Practice Group in Buchalter’s San Francisco office.  Ms. Ng focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and appellate matters.  Her clients range from small businesses to national financial institutions.  Ms. Ng also represents individuals and corporations in commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Ng has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of Northern California’s “Rising Stars” from 2019-2023.

Having served as both a legal practitioner and a forensic accountant, Tiffany is particularly attuned to the intersection between the business decision-making process and the law.  Tiffany applies her financial knowledge in complex commercial matters, and has successfully defended her clients in various stages of litigation.

In the early part of her career, Tiffany gained valuable international know-how working at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China, as well as working with clients in Japan and Taiwan.  Her experiences give her a unique insight into foreign practices, nuances in legal culture, and business dynamics in the ever-changing global economy.

Committed to giving back, Tiffany regularly volunteers at immigration clinics and assists with fundraising events in San Francisco to support vulnerable families.  During law school, she served as a Mandarin and Cantonese interpreter for the Legal Advice Referral clinic at Hastings College of the Law, and was a member of the school’s Pro Bono Society.  She has also worked previously with Bay Area Legal Aid, representing at-risk clients at administrative hearings and settlement conferences.

Ms. Ng served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph C. Spero in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, as well as a graduate fellow for the California Department of Insurance.
